GeSS Education: /About Us

About Us

After 20 plus years in the education industry, GeSS was founded in 2012 with one main purpose; to provide quality affordable educational resources that are focused on sufficient content to enable teachers and educational institutions to stand out among their competitors; and to give school leavers and career changers the opportunity to expand their knowledge and gain that upper edge in gaining that desired job or promotion.

You can be assured that GeSS products come from writers and developers that have had extensive experience within their individual industries; along with invaluable experience writing, teaching and developing student and teacher resources over the last 20+ years. As Managing Director and founder of GeSS I bring over 20 years’ experience in education management along with my vast contacts with some of the most professional writers and administrators in the industry. My passion is content; education content to be specific. Content that is focused on broadening student's skills, abilities and knowledge.

Quality content means that students are engaged and can gain sufficient knowledge and competency in order to successfully complete assessment. This allows RTOs and Education Institutions to build on their retention and completion rates, while supporting their trainers with valuable resources. While it is imperative that all assessment is compliant, we sometimes forget that if the student is not engaged with the content of the unit; then they won't even get to the assessment. This is why we are focused on content as well as compliant assessment.

Since our inception our main focus has been the development of this outstanding content culminating in quality educational resources; then the development of our online management system - GeSS LMS. Now that we have these resources available on our GeSS LMS, it is time to launch our Student Administration Service (SAS model). Essentially, GeSS will work closely with selected RTOs to assist them to recruit, deliver and facilitate units of competency to their students, both on-shore and off-shore. This service will work in conjunction with RTO's delivery strategies with the ultimate aim of enabling higher student recruitment abilities, while enhancing retention and completion rates. As stated above, my passion is quality compliant educational content and I am very excited to now offer this 'unique' service backed by more than 20 years' experience in doing just that.

However, we are so passionate about providing quality educational services both on-shore and off-shore that our products and services are only offered to selected RTOs. Our associated RTOs are highly regarded in the vocational sector and operate with a high level of ethics, compliance and student-focused operations.

If you wish to be a part of the GeSS stable of innovative and outstanding RTOs, please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards
